The institute scheduled the expert talk on institutional level which include nursing faculties and all course of nursing students. The faculty and students were participated actively.

Dr.Neethu mariya ,assistant professor , expert talk on effective team building at Vidhyadeep University.The expert talk on “Effective Team Building: Collaboration, Communication, and Leadership” at Vidhyadeep University concluded with powerful insights into fostering cohesive, high-performing teams. The session emphasized that successful team dynamics are rooted in trust, clear communication, and shared goals, which are essential for academic, professional, and personal growth. The talk highlighted practical strategies such as goal-setting workshops, feedback loops, and collaborative problem-solving exercises. By integrating these principles, Vidhyadeep University aims to nurture future leaders who excel in teamwork, adaptability, and empathy.
