About G.N.M. Nursing

The G.N.M. (General Nursing and Midwifery) program at Vidhyadeep Institute of Nursing is designed to train students in essential nursing care, midwifery, and community health practices. This diploma course provides both theoretical and practical exposure, enabling students to work efficiently in hospitals, clinics, and community settings. With a strong foundation in patient care and health promotion, the program prepares students to take on frontline roles in healthcare delivery.

Course Duration: 3 Years

Intake: 60 Students

Fees per Year: Rs. 95,000

Eligibility: Passed 10+2 with minimum 40% marks. Preference given to students from Science stream. Minimum age: 17 years.

The Vidhyadeep Institute of Nursing hosted a heartfelt Farewell Ceremony on 1 May 2025 at Vidhyadeep University to bid adieu to the outgoing batches of ANM, GNM, and BSc Nursing students. The event, held from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, was a vibrant celebration filled with dance, games, singing, emotional speeches, and a memorable DJ evening.

A malaria awareness rally was organized by Vidhyadeep University on 26th April 2025 at 10:00 AM in Anita village. The rally aimed to educate villagers about the causes, symptoms, prevention, and early treatment of malaria. The rally was inaugurated by the chief guest, Mr. Ashok CHO kim PHC, in the presence of the NSS Coordinator and Event Coordinator. Around 100 students from B.Sc.
