The Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) Vidhyadeep institute of nursing are carefully designed to bridge the gap in quality research and teaching skills that are required in contemporary management education in India.
OBJECTIVES OF FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME:
1. To strengthen the professional ability of the faculty by arranging training programs in various domain areas.
2. To enhance induction programs for new faculty and leadership grooming for experienced faculty.
3. To conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of faculty members.

The institute scheduled the faculty development programme on institutional level which include nursing faculties and all course of nursing students. The faculty and students were participated actively

Ms. Chavda Rachna, Nursing Tutor, Vidhyadeep Institute of Nursing were given Brief Introduction about Resource Person.
Ms. Nayana Vasava, nursing tutor, presented about communication skills. Communication involves conveying and receiving information through a range of verbal and non-verbal means. When you deliver a presentation at work, brainstorm with your coworkers, address a problem with your boss, or confirm details with a client about their project, you use communication skills. They're an essential part of developing positive professional relationships.
